Contract Administrator
Tipton
£10 - £10.50 per hour
Job role:
- This is an integrated job role that includes activities and tasks from across all aspects of the contract, including:
- General contract administration for operations and commercial areas
- Planning of reinstators/grabs and barrier men
- Data processing of pressure testing clients
- Ordering of distinct items for departments
- Information collation, processing and filling for both operational and commercial departments
- Consulting with clients with regards to site starts, finishes and closures
- Supporting contract management team with contractual activities to ensure operational and commercial viability
- Data administration, ordering and processing
Responsibilities:
- Colleagues
- Ensure good working relations with all colleagues and offer help and support where required across the company's structure
- No direct reports required within this role, but support is required to ensure employees are compliant within their roles and liaising with them on a daytoday basis where required to ensure proficient, quality, and safe delivery
- Ensuring contractors are coordinated and planned correctly and in a timely manner. Support may be required to ensure contractors are compliant within their roles, liaising on a daytoday basis.
- Liaise with the client to ensure the highest customer service
- Obtain feedback from customers
- Placing orders on financial systems within the business
- Maintaining financial tracking capacities for the department where applicable
- Ensure all equipment for role is maintained and used correctly
- Support plant/fleet manager with tracking and recording of equipment and assets for the business where required
- Monitor and feedback to relevant supervisors and managers the completion and compliance of operatives with regards to plant/equipment and vehicles where applicable.
- Ensure health and safety compliance across all parts of your works
- Support health and safety within department and company through review and compliance monitoring of inhouse systems, reporting noncompliance to the relevant supervisor
- Ensure GDPR and site security are maintained
- Smart uniform (branded or unbranded) to be worn at all times
Skills:
- Confident IT user; Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise work loads
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Logical and methodical approach to daily work activity
- To work effectively in a team

- Organisation and planning experience
