Qi Van Systems are a leading UK commercial vehicle conversion business based in Telford, Shrosphire.

We support the Utility, Infrastructure, Construction and Telecommunication sectors working with leading UK clients including E.ON, Siemens, SSE and Open Reach.

To support our growth phase we are looking to recruit a Kitting Co-Ordinator with immediate effect.


The Role


Plan and manage the preparation of kits (manufactured and purchased parts) and supply to the prototype and production build teams, in full and to the required timescales.


  • Have full understanding of build plans
  • Consult with Fitting management team on running order
  • Prepare and collate all kits, manufactured and purchased, and manage supply
  • Full documentation of the kitting process by specific customer orders
  • Identify any shortages and communicate within the business
  • Manage a dedicated kitting area together with Kanban, which is tidy and organised
  • Feedback on any BoM issues
  • Manage the part return process including return to stock
  • Provide stores support.
A clean driving driving licence and fork lift truck licence is essential.

From £12.00 per hour
