Brewster Partners are working exclusively with Citizens Advice Rotherham & District to recruit an inspiring new CEO to lead the organisation through its next stage of development.

Citizens Advice Rotherham and District is a registered charity, part of anational network, committed to providing practical up to date information and advice that is confidential, free, independent and impartial to the local community.

THE JOB:

Reporting to the Board, responsibilities will include;

Planning, developing and overseeing future strategy
Financial and operational management
Business planning and budgeting
Income generation together with further building the funding base
Service delivery
Management including overseeing the deployment and development of the staff and volunteer team
Developing excellent working relationships with partners and stakeholders
Public Relations, research and campaigns
Overseeing the use of premises and other physical resources
Supporting the Trustee Board

THE PERSON:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong strategic thinker with effective and inspiring leadership and operational skills.

You will be able to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, be able to influence at both local and nationallevel and work positively with the trustee board, staff, and volunteers.

You will be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of Financial and risk management. Experience of business development, fundraising and income generation is essential.

Demonstrable experience of successfully managing change together with proven leadership experience gained in the charitable and voluntary sectors is also required.

It is imperative you have a passion for the service we provide.
