Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling incoming calls and making outbound call to book appointments of the inbound enquiries through website and social media channels in a professional and efficient manner.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.


Duties:


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Assist customers with booking appointments, changing appointments, and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Utilise phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
  • Perform data entry to update customer accounts and maintain accurate records
  • Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upsell services when applicable
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction and build strong relationships
  • Must be proficiency in speaking english

Experience:


  • 2 years+ previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred in hospitality sector but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism
  • Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
£14,666.18-£28,804.39 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week
