Together, we can innovate to reimagine neuroscience and improve people's lives.- We are now hiring a Medical Lead to join our Neuroscience team who will lead and develop medical product strategies and activities in close collaboration with the medical and crossfunctional teams, be the scientific expert of assigned products, contributing to clinical strategy, collaborating to develop impactful medical education plans, evidence generation plans and implementation science plans
Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Understand and follows trends in disease area to maintain a scientific and clinical leadership position
- Routinely assess gaps in practice vs guidelinedirected therapy and delivers a strong medical plan including evidence generation plans, publications, medical education
- Cultivate and maintains relationships with top clinicians in collaboration with the field teams
- Cocreate and colead the medical/overall strategy
- Adapt implementation of strategic plans, in light of emerging challenges and opportunities, and takes calculated risks
- Develop compound/TA strategy considering Health Care System's dynamics and needs
- Collaborate with internal colleagues to discuss Health Care Professionals' and System's dynamics and takes decisions accordingly
- Build Health Care System's relationships and collaboration, partnering and building trust/commitment
- Work collaboratively to establish educational needs and delivers strategic educational plans
- Lead creation of implementation science plans

Minimum requirements
What you'll bring to the role:
- Significant experience in Medical Affairs
- Strong knowledge of Neuroscience therapy arearelated disease area
- Working knowledge of UK Healthcare System and external stakeholder management
- Deep understanding of evidence generation and educational strategies
- Deep understanding of drug development and approval process
- Good business acumen with the courage to challenge the status quo
- Strong understanding of the ABPI code, with a solutionsoriented approach to the grey areas
