EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, an independent multi office estate agency specialising in Lettings and Property management to recruit a Lettings Manager to run this well-stablished department dealing with prime areas within North London.


With a strong team of lettings negotiators and a large property management department in the background this company has created a well-known brand with an abundance of stock coming onto the market plus coming available from the managed portfolio.

If youhave experience within Lettings Management then this could be the perfect role for you to increase your earning potential and join a growing company who are expanding their business


The role:
Managing the lettings department
Overseeing a team of 2 lettings negotiators and an Admin
Generating new business
Conducting valuations and agreeing terms with new clients
Assisting the team in dealing with difficult negotiations
Conducting team training and appraisals
Working closely with the directors to plan and achieve office goals
Ensuring the Lettings department is compliant with regulations
Representing the company in a professional and helpful manner


The requirements:
5 years + experience in Lettings
Strong track record of winning new business
Thorough knowledge of the lettings process
Must have a positive and outgoing personality
CFP experience
ARLA qualified
Clean driving licence


The benefits:
£65K OTE
£30k basic salary pa.
Company Car - Audi A5 S Line
Work for a market leader
Working hours: 9:00 am to 6 pm - Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 9:00 am to 6:30 pm - Wednesday and Thursday, 10am to 4 pm on Saturday
