We are recruiting a Labourer to support our Standish site.

With a new care home under development, Langtree Care Home, and two award-winning homes Lakeside and Worthington Lake there's plenty to get stuck in to.

Langtree Care Home, a state-of-the-art pandemic-proof facility, will be the third care home built on an existing site.

The homes will combine to form the Standish Care Village:
a 48-bed specialist EMI nursing facility - due to be complete by the end of 2023.

Lakeside Care Home specialises in nursing care while
Worthington Lake specialises in dementia care.

The Role:

Working on-site as a Labourer, you will be responsible for ensuring that the site is kept clean, and tidy, and that works can proceed on-site as planned.

You will be taking direction from the Site Management Team while working closely with the sub-contractors on-site and assisting them accordingly.

As well as working on the build you will also support the other homes on-site performing tasks set by the Home's Management and Maintenance Teams.

Key Qualities:

Experience in construction.
A Strong work ethic.
Ability to work on your own.

Role Requirements:

Valid CSCS card.
Valid Driving Licence

Responsibilities:

General Labouring duties.
Assisting in traffic management as required.
Keeping the Site clean and tidy.
Delivery and collection of materials
Carrying out instructions from Site Management Team, Management and Maintenance Teams.
