The Board of Trustees at Endeavour Learning Trust is looking to appoint a new Chief Executive Officer who can lead the ongoing development of our growing Multi Academy Trust.

Endeavour Learning Trust is a small but steadily growing Trust in the North West, currently spanning South Ribble, West Lancashire and North Sefton.

The Trust has a tangible family ethos. We work as a team, and we want the best for everyone. We seek to enable all to thrive; individually, and together, in our classrooms, staffrooms, schools and across the Trust.

This is a high-profile role for an inspirational individual.

With a flexible and calm approach, you will share best practice across our schools, draw on the talents of staff and build on their many strengths.

Above all, we are looking for a strategic leader who can demonstrate the impact of their work and efforts on schools, pupils, parents, staff and communities.

The role of CEO will involve taking responsibility for:

Creating a clear blueprint for delivering school improvement across both phases
Working to achieve a balance between autonomy and standardisation
Delivering the strategic direction for the Trust and communicating its vision to all stakeholders
Creating a culture of continuous improvement and implementing effective systems of organisation and control
Acting as the Accounting Officer for the Trust in accordance with the requirements of the Education and Skills Funding Agency
