Temporary, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role

About the Role:

In the position of Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in cultivating a supportive school environment, gaining valuable experience, and positively influencing the lives of students.

Additionally, there's an opportunity for fully funded teacher training during the academic year 2023/2024.

Responsibilities:

Support Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), or Key Stage 2 (KS2) classes.
Collaborate with teachers to create engaging learning experiences.
Assist in implementing personalized education plans for students with diverse abilities.
Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements:

Hold a Bachelor's degree in any field, with a solid understanding of English and Maths.
Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for working with children.
Previous experience with children (paid or voluntary) is highly advantageous.
Possess excellent communication skills.
Exhibit emotional intelligence to support a diverse range of pupils.
