Temporary, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role


About the Role:


In the position of Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in cultivating a supportive school environment, gaining valuable experience, and positively influencing the lives of students.

Additionally, there's an opportunity for fully funded teacher training during the academic year 2023/2024.


Responsibilities:


  • Support Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), or Key Stage 2 (KS2) classes.
  • Collaborate with teachers to create engaging learning experiences.
  • Assist in implementing personalized education plans for students with diverse abilities.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements:


  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in any field, with a solid understanding of English and Maths.
  • Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for working with children.
  • Previous experience with children (paid or voluntary) is highly advantageous.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Exhibit emotional intelligence to support a diverse range of pupils.
