Xyla Digital Therapies & Xyla Health & Wellbeing

Homebased with frequent office visits to Leeds or London

Permanent, Full Time Monday-Friday + occasional evenings and weekends as required**
Opportunity to opt into a 9 day working fortnight

£60,000-£65,000 per annum

We have a brand new job opening for a Mental Health Clinical Lead, responsible for all clinical aspects across our mental health services within Xyla Digital Therapies & Xyla Health & Wellbeing.

In this role you will be responsible for providing insights into best-practice risk management and safeguarding approaches.

Your role will include being the CQC registered manager, improving clinical process through quality improvement and raising the profile of our brands via conferences and events.

We're looking for someone that is passionate about delivering services to adults, children and young people as you will have both a focus on the current quality of service and support service expansion through different service solutions.


Part of Acacium Group, Xyla Digital Therapies is one of the fastest growing, flexible mental health services in the UK, providing an extensive range of therapeutic methods.

We have robust partnerships, strong clinical leadership and a network of 2,500+ skilled clinicians.

We have 4,000 patients in treatment, assessing an additional 1,000 patients a week, running 55 IAPT services fastest growing digital mental health service providing into the NHS in the country.

We have 1,200 patients in counselling treatment currently and we are always growing Xyla Health & Wellbeing is a dynamic, and accomplished organisation dedicated to making the UK's local and workplace communities healthier.

Working with local authorities, CCGs, NHS England and employers, we design, implement and evaluate innovative health and wellbeing services that will result in long-term health benefits through sustained behaviour change.


Every day you will...

  • Work autonomously within professional guidelines and exercise responsibility for systematic governance of the clinical service and team
  • Provide regular reports on the clinical effectiveness of the service and review data to identify trends in clinical quality and opportunities for improvement
  • Lead as an independent investigator upon the escalation of complaints and serious incidents into Xyla delivery and operations, providing insight into improvement opportunities to drive patient experience and clinical excellence
  • Be a key part in supporting the development and expansion of the service, researching new modalities and new market sectors
  • Lead, inspire and motivate others in order to achieve and exceed the delivery of business objectives

To thrive in this role, you must have...

  • Doctorate in Clinical or Counselling Psychology and HCPC registration
    or BABCP Accredited CBT Therapist and Clinical supervision qualification
  • Experience working at a senior management level in a mental health service
  • Experience working in accordance with the IAPT National Framework and experience working with children, young people and families with mental health needs
  • Experience in providing supervision of postgraduate qualified clinicians
