Quest Search & Selection are partnering with this luxury multi-brand retail business that prides itself with working with some of the largest, global branded & own label Home, Beauty, Outdoor & Fashion brands.

Key Responsibilities of this People Data Analystposition

  • You will be responsible for the administratio of the companies People Systems which will include Core HR and Payroll, Talent, Onboarding, eLearning and T&A.
  • Being responsible as a data owner for maintaining accurate people data and reports for the business.
  • This role also includes creating and publishing reports as well as writing and maintaining accurate configuration and support documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form and maintain strong relationships internally and externally and engage with stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks along with strong attention to detail.
  • Analysing data whilst utilising Power BI development and /or SQL skills
Requirements for this People Data Analyst 2 years + a Data /Business/HR or People Analyst role

  • Highly developed analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Experienced in Power BI development and /or SQL skills
  • Advanced Microsoft skills (Excel
  • VBA)
  • Full Right to Work in the UK
  • Knowledge of Kronos, itrent or SIS is advantageous but not essential
  • Confident in navigating data to interpret and analyse different reports
