Fantastic Junior Client Accountant role
This reputable company is looking for a Junior Client Accountant to join their growing finance team in Nottingham.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for Credit Control
- Responsible for Accurate posting of Tenant receipts
- Bank reconciliations
- Timely and accurate preparation and issue of Weekly Arrears reports
- To support the team on a portfolio of client accounting records
- Accurate accounting for service charge costs
- Preparation of quarterly VAT returns for review
- Issuing annual budgets
- Working with the Property Managers
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a finance role
- Excel knowledge
- Knowledge/experience of stakeholder reporting
- Experience of dealing with property management systems
- Knowledge of TRAMPS an advantage
- Impeccable interpersonal/communication skills
What's on offer:
- £22,000-£25,000 p/a depending on experience
