About Our Client:

The organisation works with the NHS and local authorities to help them deliver change and improvement.


Business Support Specialist:

  • Reporting to the Deputy Head of People
  • The position is 100% remote, but you must be able to meet up every 6 weeks in London at a managed office
  • Liaise with Directors to arrange company events e.g. Christmas event for around 100 people, organising hotels, invoices, viewing venues, menus, drinks etc; Summer Party, organising hotels, team activities, food, transport
  • Arrange regular meetings for Directors
  • Arrange company meetings e.g. regional meetings every quarter, business updates, lunches, drinks, etc
  • Marketing & data administration updating the website, updating intranet using SharePoint, updating online folders, updating social media


  • Information Governance

  • GDPR and knowing the importance of data management,
  • Provide IT training be confident in presenting/standing up in a company meeting to provide updates and training e.g. Governance/IT
  • Provide induction training, writing up policies, managing the corporate diary

The Successful Applicant:


Business Support Specialist:

  • Excellent administrator and business support specialist
  • Need to be confident and personable and able to deal with Directors and other stakeholders
  • Must be confident to stand up and present to others when needed and deliver training to the organisation
  • Previously managed medium to large events and take ownership
  • Must be able to use SharePoint and be able to demonstrate this
  • Maintain professionalism
  • Opportunity to make the role your own

  • IT training not necessary as training will be provided, but would be a bonus
