We are searching for a highly skilled Adobe CRO Analyst to join a dynamic team in the insurance sector.

As an Adobe CRO Analyst, you will utilise your expertise in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, HTML, and/or JavaScript to help drive conversion rate optimisation(CRO) strategies for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse large amounts of data to understand user behaviour and identify areas for improvement on clients' websites
Implement and manage Adobe Target campaigns to optimise the user experience and increase conversions
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including UX designers and developers, to turn insights into actionable solutions
Stay uptodate with the latest trends and advancements in CRO and Adobe products
Present insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams to drive business results

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Marketing, or Analytics
Strong experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target
Knowledge of HTML and/or JavaScript is desirable
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment
