The Best Connection are recruiting for
Recycling Operatives on behalf of our client based in Bedlington.

The company is a global expert in waste sectors and operates multiple recycling sites consisting of waste disposal locations and transfer stations which manage residual waste.


As a Recycling Operative your responsibilities will be:

  • Working on a fast paced conveyor belt
  • Seperating recycling materials such as wood, cardboard, metal and plastic
  • Flagging hazardous materials and escalating to line manager when appropriate

The business operates 2 separate shift patterns:

  • AM Shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • 05:30am until 14:00pm
  • OR


  • PM Shift

  • Monday to Thursday 14:00pm until 12:00am
  • 40 hrs per week average

Pay Rate:

- £9.50 per hour (all hours worked Mon to Fri)
