Roles and Responsibilities:
- Setting up claim files
- Answering phone calls
- Processing payments
- Updating claims databases
- General office administrative tasks.
Skills and Attributes:
- Experience of IT Systems including the use of Word and Excel. Training of database systems will be given.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Team player.
- High attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Fast learner.
- Confident working independently under instruction
