Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Setting up claim files
  • Answering phone calls
  • Processing payments
  • Updating claims databases
  • General office administrative tasks.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Experience of IT Systems including the use of Word and Excel. Training of database systems will be given.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Team player.
  • High attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
  • Fast learner.
  • Confident working independently under instruction
