About Our Client:

Main responsibilities include:

  • Creating awareness of CRM system and ensuring all users are fulfilling their duties,
  • Producing weekly reports for meetings and management information,
  • Managing Pre-Qualifications, liaising with other relevant departments to produce solutions in accordance with customer requirements
  • Assisting with Bid activities writing text, making presentations, procurement, marketing information, company information, etc.
  • Assisting Tender Managers in ensuring that Tender Team and Senior Leadership Team adhere to Bid Management Process,
  • Estimating building up cost models to assist with Bid estimating in order to present management for approval,
  • Centralise bank of bid material,
  • Market research assisting with competitor analysis, market outlook and future tender bulletins,
  • Dealing with customer comments, feedback and queries,
  • Adhoc admin duties

The Successful Applicant:


  • Experience with CRM package (Salesforce, Dynamics etc.),
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Experience in either Marine, Renewables, Oil & Gas or other energy related industries
