Part Time Supervising Social Worker

£38,000 per annum (pro rata) + car allowance £3,000 and 30 days Annual Leave (increasing to 35 days with length of service)


NonStop Care is looking for a Supervising Social Worker who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the Buckinghamshire area, on a permanent basis.


This is a part time role, over 3 days per week (so 21 hours each week) allowing you to have a very good work - life balance.


Responsibilities:


The Supervising Social Worker will join an Independent Fostering Agency that is very therapeutic and that has an Outstanding Ofsted rating.


In this role, you will have a manageable caseload - usually for the full time workers, caseload is about 10, so for a part time SSW, it will be lower than that.

The role is mainly supervision of the foster carers, so you will not be completing Form F Assessmentson top.

You will also have the flexibility to do most of the work from home.

Requirements:

- you are a Qualified Social Worker
- you have experience in fostering
- you have a Social Work Degree and a driving license
