Description

Counselling students on UK education options, promoting company service and products to students.

  • Be proficient in entry requirements of different UK universities.
  • Browsing university information frequently, updating the latest information for students.
  • Help developing study skills to students when they encounter academic difficulties such as providing guidelines on using online academic resources, explaining requirements of different formatting, choosing selective modules etc.
  • Coaching social and cultural differences between the UK and China to help students to better adapt to their life in the UK.

Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.

  • Maintaining relationships with our existing clients from China.
  • Following up these clients' current status and understanding their needs.
  • Providing feedback to the headquarters and colleagues in China, to help them provide a better service to our clients.

Working with UK Education providers to support and give best advice to students from China.

  • Communicating with UK Education providers frequently.
  • Understanding their strategy for recruiting students.
  • Providing feedback from students to universities, in order to help them update their courses or service according to current trends and demand.

Liaising with Education providers and their International officers on student admissions and recruiting.

Managing communication between educational providers and students/their parents.

  • Understanding the needs of universities/admissions and students/parents.
  • Comparing the difference in education between China and the UK for students/parents to assist them in better understanding the British Education system and Universities.
  • Introducing education products in the UK to attract more potential students who wish to study in UK.

Other Additional duties which may be assigned by Manager, including but not limited to, occasionally helping translate relevant work materials, daily administrative tasks, etc.

Salary:
£16,000.00-£26,000.00 per year


Supplemental pay types:

  • Quarterly bonus
