Description

The successful Accounts Payable Supervisor will play a vital role in the finance team, assisting senior management in making critical decisions by analysing key financial data.

You will prepare forecasts, budgets, oversee accounting procedures and prepare forecasts.

You will be part of a well known international market leader, known internationally in their sector. You will report to the Financial Controller on a full time, temporary basis.


Our client is looking for a Accounts Payable Supervisor to support and be a key member of the finance team.

Accounts Payable Supervisor Key Responsibilities:


  • Improve Purchase Ledger processes
  • Ensure best practice
  • Reconciliations
  • Cashbook management
  • Dealing with Purchase Ledger enquiries
  • Deal with high volume of transactions
  • Supervision of team of 5 people

Profile

The successful Accounts Payable Supervisor:


  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment
  • Experience dealing with a high volume of transactions
  • Previous management experience (desirable)
  • Be immediately available
  • Previous experience working in a Purchase Ledger department (essential)
  • Good attention to detail
  • A problem solver
