As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in curating a workplace experience that enhances well-being, boosts productivity, and strengthens company culture.
Providing a welcoming and efficient front-of-house reception service, the Receptionist will ensure the highest possible level of customer service at all times, aiming for a five-star experience.
You will be the main point of contact for all visitors, staff, and contractors entering the building.
As an ambassador of exceptional customer service, you will represent ISS and our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring seamless coordination and resolution of any issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front of house duties
- Greeting all visitors promptly, completing all related security procedures, and offering all appropriate services to ensure exceptional workplace experience, for customers/clients/colleagues
- Logging all visitors and contractors in and issuing passes
- Collaborating with the help desk team to log issues/reactive faults and speaking to engineers when necessary
- As a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for ensuring all site procedures and standards are met
- Take ownership of all workplace areas ensuring a high standard of presentation cleanliness and functionality throughout
- Establish good working relationships with the customers; to be recognised as the natural go to person and a trusted partner to deliver on our value proposition
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Relevant corporate/hospitality/customer service experience with strong customer service focus
- Facilities management experience
- Experience using systems such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Highly motivated with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills (English written and spoken)
- Good time management
- Excellent customer service skills and a cando attitude
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Motivated committed and flexible
