The Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is seeking for the F&B Supervisor to take ownership for the areas within the responsibility, supporting the Catering management team at all times, focusing on presentation standards, customer service excellence and maintaining control at all times and ensuring clear lines of communication.

Your Key focus will be:

To assist in the planning and organisation of Brasserie, Brasserie Bar, Caféxpress and Club lounge operation on a daily basis to ensure its smooth running
To work closely with the Assistant Catering Managers and his / her Assistants to ensure that all outlets are operating efficiently at all times
To check the bookings diary at commencement of shift and carry out a quick briefing with the Chef on Duty
To check the departments diary and participate in daily handover with fellow supervisors and managers
To deal effectively with customers at all times in order to develop positive customer relations and contact
To attend any meetings as requested by your line manager
