Starting pay from £11.56 per hour - with incentive pay for Sleep In's.

Are you wanting a new role within Care as a Residential Team Leader? Our client based in Preston is looking for a Residential Team Leader to join their team and help you progress your career.

Residential Team Leader Duties:

Providing transport for the young people to access different provisions
To assist the Home Manager and Deputy Manager to in achieve the aims and objectives of the Statement of Purpose and uphold the organisation's Mission Statement and Values.
To support and manage the staff team to enable them to meet the needs of the children and young people.
To work in partnership with other professionals to achieve optimum outcomes for young people.
Helping the young people access education
Household duties / Paperwork
Days out (e.g. social events, shopping, cinema, swimming)
Contacts, visit, key work meeting and therapy sessions
Offering guidance, support and structure to their everyday lives
To ensure each shift is planned and resources allocated.
To offer supervision and support to staff in line with National Minimum Standards and as directed by the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager.

Qualifications Required:

NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare-Equivalent Children & Young peoples workforce
12 years of working within a Residential Ofsted environment Preferred
