WHAT TO EXPECT


As a CX Designer you will be responsible for creating satisfying and compelling modern luxury experiences across Jaguar, Range Rover, Defender and Discovery touch points.

You will be fundamental in delivering outstanding client experiences in line with the modern luxury client experience framework.

You'll also be responsible for the following:

  • The end-to-end alignment across our Customer Journey
  • ensuring seamless customer experience is given across all of our features.
  • Overall responsibility for the customer experience of the squads' products, while tying in with the Customer Journey Strategy lead, ensuring continuity across all touchpoints.
  • Responsibility for supporting the design of future customer experience strategies, identifying opportunities to improve what we offer to our customers in line with the Modern Luxury Codes.
  • Responsibility for maximising benefits from our Digital products. This will involve working alongside our value realisation colleagues to understand where we can improve revenue opportunities through optimisation of experience.
  • Collating the definition of customer requirements and developing customer focused opportunities.
  • Delivering the squads' program in line with the wider business CX strategy and bringing insight and customercentric decision making in to key stakeholder groups where changes may be required.
  • Depending on business needs, you may need to improve an existing feature and aid continual improvement of that feature, or the squad may require the design of an entirely new feature. This will require research and presentation to the wider DCX Product owners to align concepts.
  • Ensure consistent digital look/feel and tone of voice is used across all customerfacing touch points.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To be successful in the role you will need the following skills and experience:

  • The ability to ensure, understand and interpret the customer experience touchpoints across our customer Journey
  • delivering a consistent experience and seamless interaction between differing technologies being built within the DCX Domain.
  • The ability to analyse and understand customer behaviour, their decisionmaking thought process, enabling future strategy which will be defined in line with customer expectations.
  • The ability to identify the biggest opportunities when our customer face poor experiences through our digital platforms and innovate creative solutions to improve the overall experience customers have.
