Intro:

S Knights Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for one of the longest-running training providers that have supported learners through a whole range of learning boot camps and programs.

They are currently looking for a trainer in project management thathas relevant experience to be able to deliver this qualification up to level 5.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in the UK.

Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Project Management Trainer, you will be responsible to:

Deliver key Project Management training and skills through an online platform.
Support with both teaching and coaching learners through their programs.
Keep your diary organized and updated to make sure that you are delivering based on KPIs
Support with employability skills such as CV writing, Maths, English, and Interview Techniques if needed.
Monitor the progress of the learners regularly and ensure that they will attend all sessions
Identify the needs of the learners and provide proper guidance and information to help them progress

Experience and Skills:
As a Project Management Trainer, you will need the following to be successful:

A level 4 or above qualification in project management or equivalent.
A level 3 or above qualification in coaching and mentoring is desirable.
A teaching/assessors award or equivalent is essential such as a PGCE, CertEd, PTLLS, DTLLS, or CTLLS.
GCSEs in English and Maths at Level C or equivalent
Experience delivering Project Management Training at an L4 and above.
Ability to hit and exceed KPIs and goals
Strong communication skills
