We have a new opportunity for a Assistant Accountant to join an exciting Property & Real Estate business in London.

This company is going through a period of growth after a recent merger and requires additional support within their finance team for an initial- 6 month contract however, this could be extended on a rolling basis.

Key responsibilities include;

  • Prepare weekly aged debtors reports
  • Collate status of current debts and meet area operations managers on a monthly basis to review at risk arrears
  • Sales ledger maintenance
  • Prepare and post monthly accruals and prepayments for utilities, security, cleaning and cost of sales in line with deadlines
  • Raise ad hoc sales invoices in SAP
  • Calculate accrued and deferred income postings for team and day passes
  • Complete balance sheet reconciliations by working day 1
  • Check and review employee expenses on a monthly basis


Given the speed they are looking to hire this role you will need to be immediately available or on a short notice period.
