Band - Administration Team Lead
Do you want to join our growing team and be part of our West Lothian Health and Social Care Partnership Administration Team?

A unique opportunity has arisen for an Administration Team Lead to work in our central administration team supporting the Community Nursing Senior Management Team.

This is a very busy department with no 2 days being the same, that has a varied and diverse workload.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who has excellent communication skills, is enthusiastic and who is able to demonstrate an ongoing willingness to develop their people management skills to ensure organisational values are met.

Working within the Central Administration Team under the direction of the Operational Business Manager, you will have responsibility for managing a team of secretaries and would be aligned to a senior manager and their service to support with the day to day running of the department.

Previous experience working in a similar NHS role is desirable.
