Description
We are currently recruiting for a Handyman to join our team in Point A Hotel Westminster.

Applicants must have rights to work in the UK and be able to commute to the property on a daily basis.


Full-time position 5 days from 7:

Responsibilities
94-bedroom hotel - Overall maintenance of the hotel's physical facilities. Maintain the plant room and equipment. Follow correct contractor procedure, ensure H&S permits, and sign-in and out have been completed. Arrange and coordinate quotes from suppliers. Ensure a good relationship between maintenance, housekeeping, and the front desk. Have an effective PPM schedule in place and followed. Ensure senior management is aware of any serious defects in the building. Management of Risk assessments, COSHH, and Safe Operation Procedures are trained and adhered to. Training of all team members for Fire evacuation and false alarms. Follow up and complete all actions and recommendations from Saeker
- our H&S online platform. Log all reports from contractors into a correct file and upload on to Saeker. Scheduling of all site visits from supplies and contractors. Management of Crisis manual and O & M documents. Ensure all staff are aware and following H&S guidelines and ensure training is up to date.
