Full-Time Business Co-ordinator (Permanent)
We have a new opportunity available working for a growing Healthcare company located in Dunfermline.

Working hours are flexible but
will
include weekends


You will work as an additional and integral part of an existing team to support delivery of the Company's expansion strategy.


Role Responsibilities

  • Working with Account Managers to enable services to be delivered
  • Completing data inputting to record logistics of service provision
  • Manage each piece of work from start to finish in bespoke software package
  • Dealing with phone enquiries
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation
  • Completing Client Invoices and Proforma Invoices
  • Additional administration tasks as and when required
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the firms processes
  • Comply with all inhouse policies and procedures

Person Specification
To be considered for this brilliant opportunity, our client requires the following experience:

  • Strong administration experience
  • Experience of streamlining processes and creating manuals
  • Background within healthcare advantageous, but not essential
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to use initiative in a proactive manner
  • Work effectively within a team

Job Types:

Salary:
£21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
