Are you passionate about fostering strong client relationships and providing exceptional service? Join our team as a Client Representative, where you'll play a crucial role in nurturing client satisfaction and retention


Responsibilities:


  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers
  • Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system.
  • Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate.

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £23,884.18 per year
