The role of the Learning and Development Officer is to identify and implement learning priorities across the organisation. Working closely with employees to identify skill gaps and methods of improvement.

The client is a not-for-profit charity based in Guildford.


Description
The roles and responsibilities of the Learning and Development Officer will be to:

  • Carrying out capability assessments across the organisation
  • Designing blended learning solutions
  • Using digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programmes
  • Designing a range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioural and leadership programmes
  • Driving a culture of continuous professional development (CPD)
  • Facilitating learning interventions
  • Creating a coaching culture in the organisation
  • Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees.

Profile

  • Have previous L&D experience
  • Have experience in organising training
  • Good communication and organisation skills
  • Experience running training sessions

Job Offer

  • Full time, permanent position
  • Based in Guildford
  • Monday and Friday (9am 5pm)
  • Salary up to £35,000
