Multi Skilled Operative - Priority Repairs

£32,521 per annum

Stafford

40 hours per week

Are you experienced in multi-trades? Then we may have the perfect role for you.
We currently have a permanent opportunity for
Multi-Skilled Operatives (Priority Repairs) to join our in-house Construction company, Property Plus.

Recently named Contractor of the Year at the UK Housing Awards, Property Plus provides maintenance and improvements services to our 19,000 homes throughout Staffordshire and Shropshire.

As a Multi-Skilled Operative in the Priority Repairs team, you will carry out all the traditional duties of a multi-skilled tradesman, including plumbing, carpentry, wet trades and building plus roofing, related finishes, patching and making good tasks.

You will ensure that work is carried out in accordance with all Health and Safety at Work regulations and codes of practice and maintain a professional and cordial relationship with tenants whose homes are visited.

There is also a requirement to work out of hours, as and when required.

We want you to have:

- experience in maintenance, preferably within a Housing Association background
- customer car skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service
- clean UK Driving Licence
