Resourcer - Join a leading brand name in the supply of blue-collar construction personnel, Logistics and subcontract packages to tier 1 contractors are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join a busy blue-collar T&L team supplying temporary workers to key accounts such as Balfour Beatty, Countryside, Fairview, Redrow, Linden Homes, Cala Homes and Wates across the Midlands.

Proven experience of resourcing temporary personnel within a fast-moving market is essential to be considered.

Key duties will include:

Resourcing of temp Trades and Labour personnel
Labourers, Groundworkers, Bricklayers, Carpenters, Electricians, Roofers, Plasterers, Drivers etc

for client requirements:

Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media

Referencing and checking workers have the correct certificates to be on site (CSCS/PPE)

Profile:

-
Resourcing experienced gained within a fast moving market such as blue collar Trades & Labour, Civils, M&E or Industrial.

£22,000 to £25,000 + Excellent Commission + Benefits + Career Progression to Recruitment Consultant or Account Manager/Labour Manager.
