Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solution Consultant with 3-5 years expereince to join our team.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers regarding all project delivery activities, ensuring seamless coordination and successful outcomes.

You will work closely with customers, business representatives, and Business Analysts to oversee project management activities, service delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding all project delivery activities, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with customers, business representatives, and Business Analysts to facilitate project planning, risk management, resource allocation, and cost management.
Oversee service delivery activities including project financial reporting, service level management, and customer sensing to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery management processes and practices.
Capture and document business requirements, including User Requirement Specifications (URS), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), User stories, Use cases, etc.
Conduct data analysis and data mining activities to inform decisionmaking processes.
Conduct business process and data modeling to support project delivery and service improvement efforts.
Propose and present recommendations for improvements to project and service delivery processes.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in existing and new accounts through business development activities.

Good understanding of software workflows.
Proven experience with a customer/clientfocused delivery model.
Strong knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ITIL concepts, database design, and data modeling concepts.

Skills:
a. Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager/Analyst.

b. Previous experience working on large-scale implementation projects.

c. Experience with integration and system interfaces.

Qualifications:

Mandatory: 2:1 Degree educated in Computer Science or a related field.
Highly preferable: Project Management/Business Analyst Certification.

Salary:
£40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
