ADL are looking for an activities co-ordinator to join the group and our lovely residents within our homes

This role consists of visiting 5 of our homes throughout the week and providing some fun and quality time for our residents.

Some of your duties will include:

To enhance and promote the clients quality of life through community integration, social planning and emotional support.
To assist clients in meeting their aims and aspirations in order to restore mental health.
To plan activity and social care for those identified in need.
To gather and gain knowledge of client's previous lifestyle, preferences, choices and culture in order to assist to plan outings and one to one community contact for those identified and as planned.
To account for culture, choices and preferences when arranging activity.
To stimulate clients through the best practice therapy to include pets/music/spiritual/family.

Salary:
£11.00 per hour
