Description
A market leader in their industry is seeking a Customer Service & Ecommerce Support Executive to join their team on a full time, 3-month temporary contract (with possibility for extension).
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Developing good relationships with customers
- Proactively working with other internal teams to resolve any queries
- Liaising with third party suppliers to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Recording all customer interactions in the CRM system
