Applications are very much welcomed from professionals with receptionist or admin experience, outstanding communication skills and a good level of IT literacy.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the reception inbox and dealing with queries promptly
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and car parking facility
- Checking all meeting rooms between client meetings throughout the day
- Answering switchboard calls in a polite, professional and timely manner
- To list all new enquiries and assist with conveyancing calls via the website
- Ensuring the postal duties are covered
- Organising lunches and day to day cover
- Locking up the office etc during staff absences
- Ensure all staff office attendance is recorded and absence reported to Human resources
- Scan all post and hand delivered documents to relevant fee earner/secretary
- Assist with any faxes that need to be passed on
- Print documents ready for clients to collect
- Welcome clients and assist with any queries
- Witness to clients signing documents
- Ad hoc admin duties
- New client ID and scanning new instruction forms to fee earner/secretary
Location:
Tunbridge Wells
Salary:
£19,000-£23,500
Hours: 8.30am -5.30pm Monday - Friday
