Multrees Investor Services (Multrees) supports transformational change through a range of outsourced investment services to wealth managers, private banks, family offices and advisory businesses.


The Corporate Actions team are responsible for the timely and accurate processing of Corporate Action Events, on behalf of their clients.

The team itself sits within the Operations department of the business. The apprentice will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and risk awareness is critical.

Additionally, the apprentice will need to be able to analyse a changing situation quickly and make well informed decisions under pressure.

The ability to develop strong and trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders is critical to success in this role.


What's Involved?

  • Collate, scrub and interpret information for Mandatory and Voluntary corporate action events using CRM system IM Security
  • Keep client information uptodate using MS Excel
  • Reconcile internal client positions
  • Notify clients of voluntary events including elections options, deadlines and diarise with accuracy
  • Adhere to established processes and procedures
  • Monitor incoming Research queries to ensure they are answered accurately and on a timely basis
