The company is a long-established and financially stable business with a warm friendly atmosphere and is an ideal role for someone who wants to start a career as a PA or Administrator.
As the successful Office Assistant, you will:
- Plan, schedule, and manage designated Consultant diaries.
- Amend or adjust diary entries as required.
- Develop an excellent working relationship with consultants liaising with them to ensure their schedules are kept up to date.
The successful Office Assistant should have:
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent organisational skills and an ability to learn and develop.
- Strong customer service skills and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required.
