As the successful Office Assistant, you will:

  • Plan, schedule, and manage designated Consultant diaries.
  • Amend or adjust diary entries as required.
  • Develop an excellent working relationship with consultants liaising with them to ensure their schedules are kept up to date.

The successful Office Assistant should have:

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent organisational skills and an ability to learn and develop.
  • Strong customer service skills and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required.
