We are looking for a proactive, forward thinking employee relations professional (CIPD level 5 or above) to join our supportive HR team within a fast-paced and stimulating environment.

A strong team player with excellent communication skills, you thrive on finding solutions and making a difference.

You must have ER case management experience and establish relationships and credibility quickly to enable you to deliver an expert, pragmatic approach to a variety of complex employee relations matters.

You will work alongside a great team of HR Advisers and HRBPs, plus the wider HR team, and together strive for continuous review and improvement to ensure we deliver a quality service.
