Responsibilities:


  • Conducting oneonone or small group tuition sessions with A-Level students.
  • Developing and implementing customized lesson plans tailored to each student's learning needs and goals.
  • Providing clear explanations of complex concepts and helping students develop critical thinking skills.
  • Assessing student progress through regular quizzes, tests, and assignments.
  • Offering constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their understanding and performance.
  • Communicating regularly with students and their parents/guardians to discuss progress and address any concerns.
  • Staying uptodate on the latest developments in the A-Level curriculum and educational best practices.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience tutoring A-Level students, preferably in a classroom or oneonone setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the A-Level curriculum and exam requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to plan and manage individualized learning programs.
  • Flexibility to accommodate varying student schedules and learning styles.
