Main duties will include:


  • To provide leadership to the care staff within Optimal Future
  • To provide care in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed with standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations under the direction of the Manager
  • To supervise the care services within Optimal Future in accordance with agreed standards
  • To maintain skills at a current level, and undertake such training and development as may from time to time be required to maintain practices as up to date

You will be:


  • Excellent in time management and reliability.
  • Understanding the needs of people who require care and support at home.
  • Competent to use best practices regarding providing highquality personcentred care.
  • Skilled to carry out regulatory responsibilities of a Field Care Supervisor.
  • Understanding of the law and regulations relating to care services.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality in relation to clients, staff and the Company.
  • Able to follow safeguarding procedures.
  • Ability to plan, organise and prioritise yours's and your team's workload and effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Experienced in leading and managing your team through substantial growth and development.
Local geographic knowledge of the West Sussex area would be advantageous.
