Main duties will include:

To provide leadership to the care staff within Optimal Future
To provide care in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed with standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations under the direction of the Manager
To supervise the care services within Optimal Future in accordance with agreed standards
To maintain skills at a current level, and undertake such training and development as may from time to time be required to maintain practices as up to date

You will be:

Excellent in time management and reliability.
Understanding the needs of people who require care and support at home.
Competent to use best practices regarding providing highquality personcentred care.
Skilled to carry out regulatory responsibilities of a Field Care Supervisor.
Understanding of the law and regulations relating to care services.
Able to maintain confidentiality in relation to clients, staff and the Company.
Able to follow safeguarding procedures.
Ability to plan, organise and prioritise yours's and your team's workload and effectively to meet deadlines.
Experienced in leading and managing your team through substantial growth and development.

Local geographic knowledge of the West Sussex area would be advantageous.
