My client is a market leading motor insurance company based in Salford Quays, with an office right by Exchange Quays tram stop.

They are looking to recruit 12 x customer service advisors to join their expanding claims division.


The role will involve taking calls from existing customers regarding motor claims, taking down all relevant details and doing what is required to get them back on the road, including arranging roadside recovery, vehicle repairs and courtesy vehicle.

Hours of work fall between 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday.


Salary will start at £19,250, higher start salaries for those with insurance or indeed motor claims experience, up to £26,000 within this job role, and higher for team senior/team leader positions - so there is excellent progression on offer.


Start date is the 3rd April, with full (award winning) training provided; interviews will take place late February and early March.


Salary:
£19,250.00-£25,700.00 per year
