About Our Client:


Our client is a religious organisation located in Greater Manchester who are committed to making a positive impact on local communities.

They are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team.


The key responsibilities of a Personal Assistant will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Coordinate reports and site visits
  • Minute taking
  • Assist in the preparation for the agenda and prepare papers for meetings
  • First point of contact for administrative tasks
  • Assist in drafting and issuing letter and forms
  • Diary management
  • Deal with enquiries to the team and where applicable draft and issue responses
  • Liaise with other departments regarding administration feedback
  • Keeping records accurate and up to date
  • Support with premises utilities
  • Review and implement process improvements
  • Attend training courses

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Personal Assistant must possess the following skill set and experience.

  • Background working in Not for Profit and Charities sector
  • GCSE in English and Maths
  • Ability to manage processes in a planning / property environment
  • Good IT skills including spreadsheets, Word and Outlook
  • Good communication skills written and verbally
  • Ability to time manage and develop processes
  • To work as part of a team as well as independent on tasks
  • Has flexibility including occasional evenings and weekends with prior notice
  • Willingness to travel to meetings and various locations

What's on Offer:


  • Immediate start opportunity
  • Permanent role with a 6 month probation
  • Full time 35 hours per week
  • Salary between £23,000 £24,000 per annum
