Employability Placement Officer - Restart

The Employability Placement officer will be expected to develop effective and sustained working relationships with employers to secure employment opportunities for participants.

You will identify employment opportunities for participants whilst actively promoting the Restart scheme.

Salary:
Up to £26,750 per annum.

Contract type:
Permanent

Working hours: 35 Hours a week, Monday to Friday 09:00 AM to 16:30 PM.

What are the core responsibilities of this role?

Developing effective and sustained working relationships with employers to secure employment opportunities for our participants.
Liaising with employers to source vacancies and employment opportunities.
Actively promoting the Restart scheme.
Providing employment guidance and support for participants.
Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to ensure a coordinated approach to developing and maintaining successful employer relations and opportunities for participants.

What skills and experience are we looking for from potential applicants?

Experience in recruitment, management and working in a targetdriven commercial environment.
Experience of cold calling
Networking skills, presentation and report writing.
Full driving licence with use of own vehicle
Ability to speak Welsh and experience of working with unemployed adults is desired.

Salary:
£26,750.00 per year
