The Best Connection are currently seeking
Business Administrator for one of our well established clients in the Wellington TF1 area with the starting pay of
£12.

Details:


  • Working Hours are Monday to Friday part time
  • The pay rate is £12.08ph
  • This vacancy is temporary ongoing
  • Immediate starts available

Duties:


  • Deal with incoming phone calls to assist customers with pricing, product enquiries and any other sales related issues;
  • Issuing of price files to customers as required;
  • Liaising with customers and internal relations with regards to returns and collections;
  • Helping to draft letters / reports and documents for management;
  • Supporting the Transport department where required;
  • Providing support to the key operators on the development of the new system;
  • System Data Entry.
  • Helping to implement changes within the business to continue growth, paperless operations and continually modernising methods

skills required:


  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office Microsoft Office functions.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Good Telephone Manners
