Description
This is an exciting new role to oversee the delivery and roll-out of the HEE Quality Strategy and Framework.

The Long-Term Plan/ People Plan and manifesto pledges to increase the primary care workforce by 6000 GPs and 26000 additional roles.

This builds on approaches aligned to the HEE Quality Framework. The work will be implemented at scale for the full range of professions.

The role supports developing the capability and capacity of Training Hubs to undertake this work on behalf of HEE Primary Care Deans and Postgraduate Deans via the HEE Primary Care School.


Direct line management will be with the Chief Training Hub Officer at Herefordshire and Worcestershire Training but and accountability for professional governance will be with the Associate Dean for Midlands Primary Care School.

This will support personal and professional development.


Job Types:
Part-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months

Part-time hours: 7.5 per week


Salary:
£108,998.00 per year
