Business Support Co-ordinator

Main Purpose of the Role
As a member of the Business support Team you will support the site by providing professional administrative support primarily at Hythe and Cowes Power stations, but also supporting the wider team across other locations.
Key Responsibilities
Health, Safety and Environmental compliance
Administration support
Project work when required
Event planning
Finance and Procurement - ordering goods, accurate invoice processing and timely payment of invoices
Organising Travel
Knowledge & Skills
Be highly competent in the use of applicable business IT systems, such as Microsoft Office and SAP.
Ability to communicate effectively, professionally, in writing and orally, with a wide range of stakeholders which are both internal and external to the business.
Contribute positively to the business and safety culture. Act as a role model for the desired behaviours as outlined in the RWE Values & Behaviours
