Our client is based in plush offices in Andover a site that looks after over 400 of the companies specialist retail stores throughout the UK, the headquarters is home to 60+ staff that you will support in your role.


Relevant experience require for the role:

  • Previous Windows 10 and Windows 11 support experience with a proven track record of demonstrating good communication and support of users
  • At least 2 year's experience of support within an IT environment
  • Experience of working with servers.
  • Must have the ability to diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues independently and be able to use own initiative
  • Must be able to selflearn to increase own skill set
  • Symantec Endpoint Protection experience and knowledge
  • Previous experience of supporting network and desktops printers including changing toner cartridges and other consumables.
  • Microsoft Active Directory experience and knowledge
  • Microsoft Exchange experience and knowledge_ (Microsoft Exchange Online preferred)_
