Duties:


  • Participate in a structured training program to learn about sales techniques, customer relationship management, and leadership skills
  • Shadow experienced sales and management professionals to gain handson experience in various aspects of the business
  • Assist with daytoday operations of different departments within the organization
  • Develop leadership skills by taking on increasing levels of responsibility
  • Gain handson experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and other key areas

Salary:
From £25,245.63 per year
